    CompX ErgonomX works with OEMs, ergonomic value-added resellers, mass merchandisers and distributors. We are the only manufacturer of ergonomic computer products that does not sell directly to dealers or retailers.   2. How do I locate my regional sales representative?

  3. How do I select the right product for my application?

  4. Are your products tested against a specific standard?
    Yes, all of our products are tested in our leading edge manufacturing facility. All products meet and exceed BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association) standards.

  5. How do I get pricing information?
    Please contact your sales representative in your region. He/she would be happy to assist you with a proposal.

  6. Can I order an evaluation unit?
    Yes. To order a particular product sample, please contact your regional sales representative. For a list of your area sales representative, please see question #2 above, "How do I locate my regional sales representative?"

    CompX ErgonomX is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, a short distance west of Toronto, Canada.

  8. What if I have an application that requires a customized product?
    Our manufacturing flexibility allows us to quickly proto-type and create custom and proprietary products. Please discuss your custom needs with one of our knowledgeable sales representatives.

  9. How fast can I receive my order?
    Our standard lead time is two weeks.

  10. Who do I contact if I am having trouble assembling a product?
    Please contact your sales representative. He/she would be happy to assist you with any product questions that you might have.
